The experience at Fords of Winsford was fantastic because both the sales manager, Paul, and our sales executive, Sam Keam, went out their way to help us. Paul could see my husband was struggling to walk round the huge area so went to find him a wheel chair and helped us into the building to Sam who searched the list of cars to find one or more that met our requirements. Without their help I am sure that we would have struggled to find my ‘new’ car.

My experience at Maidstone Subaru could have been better because despite a written assurance that the vehicle would be given a new service before being handed over this was not done. I was then told that one had been done in August but they had forgotten to write it in the book!
