Wilson & Co Bolton is located on Manchester Road, just off the A666 St Peter's Way to the south of Bolton town centre so is easily accessible for motorists across North West England. They sell new Vauxhall models including the Viva, Adam, Corsa, Crossland X, Mokka X, Astra, GTC, Grandland X, Zafira and Insignia and they also stock a number of quality used Vauxhall models. Wilson and Co Bolton are proud supporters of the Motability scheme and offer the option to choose a Vauxhall model through this. Part of Wilson and Co Group, (established since 1998 and now operating Vauxhall and Kia dealerships across 6 sites) Wilson and Co Bolton also offers a range of Aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs and parts.
I would not recommend Wilson & Co Bolton because the original purchase took over 3 hours which is far too long considering I have young children. Then when picking up the car this took over 2 hours. I was told I could collect the car on a Friday but then heard nothing all week, I had to chase the dealership up myself rather than be contacted to find out why I couldn't get the car (finance computer issues apparently). Then finally when I could collect the car I was told last minute that the handbrake was faulty even though the car should have been subject to a 133 point check only days before. I got a courtesy car in the meantime which was great however the process has been quite painful
Really poor communication and just far too slow in general
Wilson & Co Bolton were great because of Raymon Rushdi. We had had a very bad experience with Wilson’s service department and as a family we were ready to leave them and never go into the garage again . It was only Raymon who persuaded us to go and talk to him that we even considered going in the showroom . His attitude , his personality and his honesty struck us and we felt he was trustworthy to deal with . This trust had been destroyed in the last year , so I was surprised that he could build up my trust to buy from Wilson’s again ! From start of the negotiations to the hand over Raymon was the ultimate professional . Always keeping to his word and making sure I 110% understood what he was saying .
Faith is restored !! I hope now that the service department can keep up the good will that Raymon has started .
