I was happy with the service at Vertu Honda Nottingham because the salesman, Barney Howard, was very courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. He was also careful to find out whether the car was for me or my husband and on learning that it was for me, he addressed me as the primary customer. There are still many businesses that only address the male of a couple, especially for cars, etc. Full marks to Barney for his patience, dedication to find options to suit me and generally seek to make me a satisfied customer.

I would not recommend Vertu Honda Nottingham because the after sales service has been non-existent to date. After two weeks of asking for a service that should have been completed prior to the completion of the sale to be completed nor have I received any contact from another Vertu dealership to arrange the service.
