My experience at Vertu Honda Newcastle was cracking because they offer the most incredible service and costumer experience. When I was looking for a car on Auto Trader, I found the dealership with great reviews and the Honda Jazz 1.5 VTEC in immaculate state. It was important for me to buy directly from Honda, as the experience is very different to buying from other private owners. It was my first time buying from Honda, and I don’t regret for one second that I took that decision. What really filled my heart with confidence was your AMAZING employee Chris Stuart that guided me through every step. It can be daunting when you don’t know, but he made sure that I understood every single step. Besides his great sense of humour, it was lovely to have a video being sent right before I visited the dealership and that certainly shows a lot of respect, quality and transparency before you take a decision to purchase a car. I am grateful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chris went above and beyond, making the costumer experience be worth for what you pay for. To all the incredible staff, and to the General Manager that comes down to thanking you for buying with them. I would certainly recommend buying from this dealership.
