They sell new Honda car models including the Jazz, Civic, HR-V and CR-V and they also stock a number of quality used Honda models. Vertu Honda Durham are proud supporters of the Motability scheme and offer the option to choose a Honda model through this. Part of the Vertu Motor Group, (the 6th largest motor retailer in the UK and winner of the Motor Trader Dealer Group of the Year in 2008) Vertu Honda Durham also offers a range of Aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs and parts.
I would not recommend Vertu Honda Durham because despite arranging a pick up time, the car was not ready as paperwork had not been finalised and we had to wait 40 minutes after the agreed collection time. I was told the car could be paid for from someone else’s card which in fact it couldn’t be. This could have delayed the purchase if I wasn’t able to find funds elsewhere as Vertu allowed us to send the money over before telling us we’d have to wait for a refund for it to sent back and then paid on my card. Vertu said the car was serviced but the log book was not stamped and I have no paperwork saying it was.

Salesman was very helpful and I felt under no pressure to buy first time around I actually chose not to and after coming back after a month they were still just as friendly and welcoming.
