Smiths Vauxhall Ilkeston were great because each member of staff I dealt with was very helpful but not at all pushy. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision even after I test drove a car. Staff are always friendly and helpful but respected that it’s a big decision buying a car. When I finally made my decision to buy the car was quickly ready for me to pick up. Very pleased with the service I received.
