I would not recommend Richmond Citroen Portsmouth because the car wasn’t ready as agreed the salesman took over an hour flaring about we went away for lunch, the car was registered In my name but I made it clear it was my daughters car this was deceitful the whole process was poor no explanation as to why we were being left waiting the worst car purchase ever even my daughter thought the sales guy was an incompetent.

My experience at Richmond Citroen Portsmouth

I would not recommend Richmond Citroen Portsmouth because I had awful service. I felt completely under valued, I was promised the scratches on my car would we painted before I collected. This did not happen. When turning up to collect the car I was left waiting almost 2 hours because no one had bothered to tell the man I was there. I was then promised that the paint work would be done the following week. I then identified the I on my car missing, the sales man told me he laughed about this problem. I then dropped off my car on the Sunday when the I was there. Turned out it was the wrong I. The salesman then assured me it would be ordered and my car ready by Wednesday at the latest. I then had to ring myself on the Thursday turns out it was done but because it was the sales mans day off I was not contacted. I then was offered free valeting, once this was done on the Friday I was then told I would get a phone call to tell me to come and collect. I again had to ring up as no one had rung me. Throughout this the sales man has sworn in front of me on at least 2 occasions. I have received awful service and do not feel valued at all. If I didn’t love the car I would of taken my money else where.
