Renault London West staff were good because of the staff attitude and willingness to help and make the deal as easy as possible. I would particularly like to thank Yasin the salesman for his great service. I had phoned a couple of times and not had a good response until Yasin called to make sure I had been dealt with and then took up my request and was very efficient from there on.

My experience at Renault London West could have been better because once I had placed a deposit they lost interest. Also car had not been cleaned properly, the car had supposedly been serviced and checked but the windscreen washer reservoir was completely empty. They have a lot of good value cars but they are let down by their preparation.

My experience at Renault London West could have been better because you never answer the phone and I can’t even book my car in to have the charging point cover fixed which was broken when I picked up my new car. The after care is very very poor.

Renault London West were really helpful and I'd recommend them because of a) the quality of the vehicles on offer, and b) the willingness of the sales staff to meet the customers needs.
