I'd recommend Perrys Alfreton Ford to a friend because they were very professional , explained the process of buying the car and did a video of the car for me as I lived 170 miles away sorted out delivery and was in contact throughout. It was a easy smooth transaction to buy a car.

I would not recommend Perrys Alfreton Ford because staff were not very organized manager was rude we had a problem and he never spoke to us only on the phone the car was dirty even though it supposedly had a valet my wife was waiting in showroom and was offended by bad language being used on the phone by other members of staff I’ve been to other dealerships like Vertu and they are so professional with customer service Perry’s are poor very poor

The experience at Perrys Alfreton Ford was great because I was made comfortable from the start and Dan my sales person and Tom the manager were both amazing and knew what they were doing. I was never pressured into buying the car that I had interest in. They were informative, kind and approachable. It was a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone seemed lovely. Everything was explained effectively and efficiently. It was all made easy from the beginning of enquiry about the car, getting a test drive booked to my preferred time and availability and everything in between to point of purchase. Communication was effective and systematic from first point of enquiry. It was all quick and hassle free. I definitely would recommend going here if you want a well mannered, well managed, friendly environment surrounded by experience staff who won’t pressure you and know what they are doing and who will no doubt try there very best to help make you leave feeling satisfied!
