The after car service is abysmal as when there is a problem they try to resolve it but when they cannot use the sale of the company as a set out. I will never use this company again.

The experience at Now Vauxhall Heathrow was great because I found the right car for my wife quickly and with the least amount of fuss. Although finance was available to me I had decided from the start of the process that I wanted to pay cash. The deal was good. the only downside was that a car jack that was in the boot when I looked andf decided to buy the car, then disappeared between my agreement to purchase the vehicle and picking up the vehicle a few days later.

Now Vauxhall Heathrow were helpful because Malcolm knew all about the car I was purchasing and was never pushy if we didn't want any extras for the car. Fab service and would recommend them to friends and family.

My experience at Now Vauxhall Heathrow

I would not recommend Now Vauxhall Heathrow because I bought this car from now Vauxhall Heathrow in the 30.03.2018. As I drive the car that day The engine check light came on. I had to take it back to the dealer next day and the booked me a service in the 12.04.2018. I didn’t . I took the car back to the dealer in the 12.04.2018 and then they called me the same day to say there is a part need to be replaced and it will arrive tomorrow. I got the car delivered back on the 13.04.2018 and I didn’t use it for a few days, then when I decided to take my father to central London on Wednesday 18.04.2018 the engine check light came in again. On the way back I went to the now Vauxhall dealer and they booked me another appointment for today 27.04.2018. They just rang me to say there is a problem with the knock module sensor and they don’t have it in stock and I have to wait until Thursday next week to get it delivered. Now I left the car there at the Now Vauxhall dealer until it’s fixed.

I am genuinely very unhappy about this situation. I had this car since 30.04.2018 and today is 27.04.2018 and the engine check light has been on all this period of time and they keep booking me different appointment, too much hassles and problems all the time for a car I paid £12750 for and it supposed to be checked and approved by the Vauxhall dealer before the sale.

No need to mention, before I bought the car, the sales representative said to me this car was owned by an accountancy company and it was restrictedly used by the manager of the company, it turned out to be owned by a renting vehicles company ERAK UK limited. I knew this when I received the log book!!

I am very upset with this situation and I would like to learn about your return policy.
