I'd recommend Lookers Jaguar West London to a friend because the whole buying experience was so easy. Yong was very professional yet very personable at the same time. The gifts for the kids were a particularly nice touch and they loved the unavailing. Never for a moment I felt Yong was trying to sell me anything and yet I’d be more than happy to buy what ever he was selling. The same applies to Ivan with whom I negotiated the sale if you can call it that......a very civil conversation and ten minutes later a deal was struck. Apologies for not remembering her name but the young lady (still at Uni if that helps) who had a very in depth conversation with the rest of the family was a credit to Lookers.
