InterestFree4Cars

I would not recommend InterestFree4Cars because I had chosen a car from their website, submitted an online request/form but no one contacted me. I called the following day to check if they had received my request, I was told to expect a call (despite claiming someone will call me within an hour of putting in my request) when they finally called me I was told that the car was no longer available and was asked to look for another one on their website. I have chosen another car and called the sales team who told me the car was also not available. they offered me another car with similar specifications but at much higher price which I accepted to buy. I think that many of the cars showing on their website at very competitive prices are not really for sale, they are in my opinion used as a bait to attract people's attention. That is dishonest.

InterestFree4Cars were really helpful and I'd recommend them because it just simply made me buy a 3 year old car bit easy with the interest free finance option subject to credit check.

I'd suggest InterestFree4Cars to a friend because they offer interest free credit. The sales person gave me nothing except the car keys. Book Pack, V5C slip, MOT Certificate or a reciept of road tax was not given to me, I was told these things were not available at that point. When I asked what should I do if Police pull me over, The Sales person( Lee Busby) Laughed and said, "You have nothing" ha ha . I could'nt believe what I was hearing. I travelled all the way from Coventry to Hull and was treated like this. If I had a choice, I would have left the car, but i did'nt wanted to travel again all the way to Hull. I was promised the MOT papers by email next day, but received nothing. I mailed the sales man next day, but he did'nt even replied. Lets hope that I receive all the things I suppose to have at the first place.

My experience at InterestFree4Cars could have been better because when i arrived we had no idea where to go, no-one greeted us, we had to walk around the building to find somebody. I came with my parents at first and spoke to Gary who was great (the only one I felt cared) but I came in a second time with my brother to buy a car and got fobbed off at First by somebody else, that person took me to see the car, let me sit in it then when I got out the car he locked it and walked away. I went back inside after waiting to see if he was coming back, I asked to speak to Gary and they said he was busy so i asked if I could wait... he then rang Gary and said on the phone' that girl is here again for some reason, she won't speak to anyone but you weird.' Gary helped me buy the car but he couldn't process it on this particular pc so the guy who took me outside did. Me and my brother felt like he was rushing through as he had other things to do and when we eventually finished, as soon as he finished the paper work he stood up and left, I didnt see him after that so we sat there for a few minutes not knowing if we had finished or not so we left as no-one came back, we saw gary on the way out and he said bye. I got told i could pick it up on Wednesday so I arranged for someone to pick it up but when i rang they said I couldn't pick it up until Friday so I wasn't happy and asked if they could do anything, they worked out i could pick it up Wednesday. I rang on Wednesday to see what time and they asked if I'd signed everything, I wasn't sure as when I left before he didn't tell us if there was anything left to do to pick up the car. It took them hours to find out if i signed everthing which I had but my mum had to wait around all day as they wouldn't tell her a time and it was hard to get hold of people there, when you do get through they tell you they are dealing with other people so I had to wait for a call back another day when I'm trying to find out what time to pick it up for that day, my brother was picking it up with my mum so he was getting fed up and rang the store for someone to give him attitude down the phone and called him a little boy so my mum took the phone and they were lovely to her (my mum told me to go here as that's where she got her car from a year or 2 before this and they were nice to her) they sorted it out in 2 minutes, I don't know why this couldn't have been done in the first place. It was so stressful, I was at work on Wednesday so it was making me distracted at work, it should have been one call to find out a time, not several. I am happy with car and Gary did help me out but that's the only good experience I had there, I felt like because im a young female they didn't care if I got a car there or not, fobbed me off and was rude

Hi Samantha, we apologise if you felt you had a less than satisfactory experience. Rob was the Sales Manager that day who went through the finance details with you. We do work a little differently to other dealerships in that we are not a showroom as such and operate as a customer collection centre. Due to this we have a call centre upstairs for sales and a collection room downstairs. On this day we only had Gary and Rob upstairs on sales, a little bit short staffed- hence the reason you had to locate a member of staff for assistance. Sorry about this, unfortunately with low levels of staff it couldn't be helped on that day. We certainly wouldn't wish for you to feel 'fobbed off'. Having sold your parents a Car previously, Rob would like to give you a call to try and understand your comments as he thought you were happy with everything on the day. We still appreciate your feedback.
