He was incredibly friendly and informative - such a delight for my first time dealing with car finance! The staff as a whole were very pleasant and welcoming, offering tea and coffee throughout my visits to the dealership and generally being accommodating! The proess from start to finish was overall very easy and I was kept in frequent contact with the dealership with regards to where I was in the process - even being able to pick up my new car a day early! I would recommend Holdcraft to anyone and everyone looking to get a new car - I will be getting my next car through them!
