Hilton Garage is located on The Mease in Hilton, opposite ALDI in Hilton, 1 minute from Junction 5 of the A50 Derby Southern Bypass so is easily accessible for motorists across Derby and Derbyshire. They specialise in selling quality used family hatchbacks, small cars, saloons, MPVs, SUVs and 4x4s including car makes such as Land Rover, BMW, Porsche, Jaguar, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Volvo and Volkswagen. As their stock is updated regularly, they often have cars in from other reputable car brands as well. Hilton Garage, established in 1973, is one of the largest purpose built car supermarket sites in the UK so have a huge stock of cars.
I'd recommend Hilton Garage to anyone it was a pleasent experience alround.Staff are very keen to help me with any queries. However the handover could be done quicker. Almost missed the ferry home
The experience at Hilton Garage was good because the sales people were helpful and friendly, there was a good range of cars to select from, the paperwork was completed quickly, the experience was good and the car was excellent. It was a pleasure to buy a car from Hilton. Thank you!
Hilton Garage were fantastic and Anthony Burdis, in particular, could not have been more; professional, helpful, and thorough in every aspect.
I'd definitely recommend Hilton Garage because they were clear in communication in advance and were very helpful on the day of my purchase. I specifically came from Ireland to buy a car from Hilton and was accommodated to make sure the car was ready for delivery. Would not hesitate to buy from Hilton again. Special thanks to Anthony Burdis from Sales who was great at helping me with my purchase.
I would not recommend Hilton Garage because of the poor performance by the vehicle maintenance staff. The Salesman was excellent and his approach could not be faulted. However, after I got the vehicle home I noticed that the drivers door has a serious scratch which appeared to have been the subject of a poor attempt to polish it out. Similarly, there is a serious scratch on the boot lid which should have been spotted and attended to before I collected the vehicle. It should not be left to the customer to get on his hands and knees in the dark, to look for body-work faults with a vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not do that and now I have no alternative but to accept the situation. Further, within a day, the vehicle dash-board registered that the key battery was in need of replacement, which I have done, but the spare key is completely flat. Again, these failings serve only to provide a customer with a sour taste and because of them I doubt that I will ever visit their site as a customer again, neither will I recommend Hilton garage to friends or family. For me, it is a lesson learned.
