I'd recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Eastbourne because the service was of really high standard. I’m very happy with the quality of the vehicle I purchased and the sales person was really friendly and helpful.

My experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Eastbourne could have been better because I feel like I went in for a new car and was sold a second hand one that I didn’t really want. I was immediately talked out of the jogger that I wanted and once I agreed to a sister they stopped talking about a new car. Instead telling me I would have to wait 6-8 months for a new car and then my car would need to be reappraised. I have arthritis and due to this wanted an automatic and an automatic hand brake. I have gone from an Audi to a duster and saved £30 a month. I am really disappointed but part of that is my fault as I am not very good at standing up for myself.

Hendy Renault Dacia Eastbourne were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the sales man went above and beyond to get my car delivered from Ferndown ASAP and stayed with me u til the end of close /after due to technical payment issues. John was very understanding and dealt in a very professional manner.
