I would not recommend Hendy Ford Horsham because people have to make their own choice based on what car they want to buy. I wanted a Kia Sportage which is sold through mostly through Hendy Kia. you pay £99 and the car is transferred in this case to Hendy Ford. I am not sure if the Ford Executives are familiar with Kia cars or just the basics
Marcus was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, he was great at explaining all of my silly questions on the finance end, getting me booked in on a test drive and keeping me up to date during the period between paying the deposit and collecting my car. He contacted me afterwards to see how i was getting on. Overall he was brilliant, Hendy Horsham were great, they gave me an extended warranty, and fixed parts on my MOT with no questions asked. Brilliant experience all in all.
My experience at Hendy Ford Horsham was positive because Matt our salesman was very helpful and understanding. We had never bought a Ford Car before and so were unfamiliar with the range. As Blue Badge holders we needed a reliable car with low mileage and low petrol consumption for fairly short journeys. Matt found us the perfect car which had just come in. It is early days but I would indeed recommend Hendy Horsham to a friend.
My experience at Hendy Ford Horsham was cracking because Matt was excellent. He was friendly but not at all "pushy" and was also extremely professional and knowledgable. He put us immediately at ease and made the experience entirely enjoyable and not at all stressful, given that we were spending a considerable sum to purchase the car. We'd certainly recommend to friends/family to ask for Matt if they wanted to go to Hendy's at Horsham to look at a car to purchase.
Hendy Ford Horsham staff were good because the process quick and simple. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and willing to answer all our questions. He saw us through the whole process of purchasing and kept us informed every step of the way.
