Farnell Land Rover Nelson staff were good because we might not have been purchasing one of the most expensive cars but we were made to feel very welcome and the staff couldn’t do any more for us. They are a very friendly yet professional group of people. I now see myself as a loyal customer as I will definitely be returning in the future.

Farnell Land Rover Nelson were great because they always kept to their appointments and informed me of the status of sale all the way through the purchase. They were flexible and produced a vehicle that was tailored to my requests. Adam the salesman explained everything fully and in detail so I made an informed choice. He also did his own quality check on the car and noticed a slight blemish that I wouldn’t have picked up. They dealt with the rectification immediately and efficiently. Overall a great service.
