Dace Supermarket is located on Greg Street in Reddish just outside of Stockport, not far from the A6 Wellington Road North and from Reddish South train station, so is easily accessible for motorists across Cheshire and the surrounding areas. They specialise in selling quality used family hatchbacks, small cars, saloons, MPVs, SUVs and 4x4s including car makes such as Vauxhall, Renault, Toyota, Fiat and Honda. Part of the Dace Motor Group, they consistently have over 300 used cars for sale and as their stock is updated regularly, they often have cars in from other reputable car brands as well.
My experience at Dace Car Supermarket could have been better because we have been lied to, deceived and we were sold a vehicle that was sent out in a dangerous condition. Had to take it back and they said they would have it back to us in 5 days, fully repaired, but they didn't do anything with it for 2 weeks. It is now 6 weeks since we paid in full and still no car. GM Harley doesn't think we deserve any compensation at all for the terrible service we have received, even though he cannot give us any idea when we can have the car. Apparently, compensation is an unreasonable request, because they are making an effort to fix the car and they have said sorry so that makes everything OK!
Dace Car Supermarket were helpful because they went the extra mile and brought the car from Eccles to Reddish - very convenient for me. Lewis was really great, super friendly and super professional. He was really good at explaining everything tp me and I never felt rushed - excellent customer service!
Dace Car Supermarket were absolutely ace, especially Matt the salesman I and my friend dealt with. Before hand and after the purchase of the vehicle Matt was more than happy to go above and beyond; even resolving a mechanical issue for me within 24hours taking the car back to Dace. Would definitley recommend!
