Bristol Street Vauxhall in Hexham is located on Alemouth Road, opposite the Waitrose. They sell new Vauxhall models such as the Corsa, Astra and Zafira, as well as a number of quality used Vauxhall cars. Part of the Vertu group (the 6th largest motor retailer in the UK and winner of the Motor Trader Dealer Group of the Year in 2008), Bristol Street Vauxhall Hexham also offers servicing, parts and MOTs on site, along with motability vehicles.
From start to finish I dealt with Simon Hunter and he exemplified excellent customer service. There was no pressure put on me to buy, he talked me through everything, answered all my questions and called when he said he would. He kept in touch throughout the process, explaining every step of the way.
On delivery day he called to ensure everything had gone smoothly and that I was happy with the car and the service. He has since been in touch to check how things are going and I know I contact him at any time with any queries I have.
I would also like to mention Christian, who delivered my car. He, like Simon, was great - explained everything I needed to know and said I could contact him if need be.
Both extremely nice guys and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a car (or delivery in Christian's case).
