My experience at Bristol Street Motors Nissan Bradford could have been better because I had to return the car to have the bodywork sorted out - Easter weekend it seems got in the way. I was then told to call the morning I was due to take it in to check the person who sprays the cars was in because he might not be. This is not the way when you are trying to arrange around work schedules. I was hoping the service department would be able to look at the rattle while we were there but was told they were too busy. This means another trip to the dealership and time off work. I’ve waited a week for a call from the service department to book the car in and have heard nothing. The salesman has been courteous - I don’t think this is his fault.
