My experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Bromley could have been better because my vehicle could of had at least 9 months MOT. The vehicle could of had a service before it was delivered and new oil put in instead of remaing life of oil being 30%.
Issues raised need to be addressed and actioned at a branch near to me and I shouldn't be expected to do a 3 hr round trip to get the vehicle to a dealership for a diagnostic.
All the work required (MOT, exhaust filter, service) should be carried out in one visit to a local branch, especially considering I have paid for extended warranty.
Salesman dealing with my case was helpful and tried his best but unfortunately is unaware of the logistics of Hartlepool being an unstable branch for me. I also feel the company should be arranging the booking of MOT etc.. instead of expecting the customer (me) to arrange this when the vehicle was delivered in an inadequate condition.

Bristol Street Motors Ford Bromley were great because they had a variety of cars on offer and even brought one down from another location. The sale representative was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and explaining everything thoroughly.
