The experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Bromley was great because caira was brilliant from the initial video of the vehicle to her patience when requesting to test drive a 2nd car, and then closing the deal. The only fault i can mention is that the car could have been valeted to a acceptable standard as there were still drink spillages in the cup holders, dust on controls and mud on the rear sills from someone using the rear of the car. The driver seat also had stains/marks when it was delivered. When purchasing a new vehicle it is these finishing touches that count.
