Options were clearly explained and I was given time to think everything through. I never felt pressured into purchasing, like at other unnamed dealerships I dealt with during my search, but was made to feel valued.
Although I primarily dealt with Aaron, I spoke to many people and each one was friendly and courteous at all times. Despite this not being the closest dealership to me, I’m glad I travelled the extra miles and would not hesitate to return for future purchases for the right vehicle.

My experience at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Bristol was memorable because Martin Sweeney provided an all round exceptional customer care. From the minute he started to help us until handing over the car he was very punctual, explained everything in details and just in general he was lovely. We like Bristol Street Hyundai because the customer experience they provide is excellent we had some small issues in the past but the last time we bought a car from them and this time too the person we dealt with was fantastic.
