Derren, the salesperson, was extremely helpful. I arranged to collect the car and was somewhat disappointed as the few basic jobs that were supposed to have been completed by collection, remained undone. I was told to contact the dealership 2 days later to arrange for the repairs to be completed within 4 days. However, on calling as arranged, I learned that Derren was away on a course and my car was then booked in for the various jobs to be completed circa 3 weeks later.
