I would not recommend Birchwood Ford Eastbourne Commercial because I had a puncture after 20min on the way home. I also wasn't made aware that my van didn't have a spare wheel until the last 30 seconds before leaving with it. I also did feel a bit rushed in checking the van before leaving, as the carpark was very busy and the van was left blocking others in that wanted to get out. Also I wasn't completely happy with how clean the inside was. There was wrappers under the seats and peanuts between the crease down the back of the passenger seat. I think it was cleaned inside quickly last minute after I waited a week for it all to be done and ready to pickup. I am pleased with the van, just not the puncture and other things I've just said.

Birchwood Ford Store Hastings were great because, let’s not say great but was good for main dealer! Bit of advice, try to make a bit bigger thing of it when the customer buys a car from you! Ford key ring, Ford umbrella, maybe flowers. As it was a big thing for me to buy a £20k car and I was left a little bit disappointed after collecting it from you! and have coffee or tea in a mug or cup not in plastic cups! Sometimes it’s the little things which can mean the most and make me want to buy again from you.
