I would recommend Sandicliffe Loughborough because they were able to do my service on the date and time required,and got it all finished by lunchtime as requested,as I had an urgent appointment in the afternoon. They arranged a courtesy car for me at no charge,phoned me to tell me when my car was ready, and had cleaned and valeted it by the time I went to pick it up. All in all I was very pleased with the excellent level of service at Sandicliffe in Loughborough.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Loughborough because of their fast efficiant service from all staff concerned from the reception staff who greeted me in the morning to the mechanics who contacted me during the day. They are honest about any work which is needed, I have been using sandicliffe loughborough for a number of years and i have always been very happy with the level of service. Also its nice to get a brand new car as a courtesy car for the day!

I would not recommend Sandicliffe Loughborough because I brought my new car in for a first inspection. There were two faults and both are the same, or worse, than when I took the car in.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Loughborough Because i did not feel pushed into buying a car,(although I did my research online first and knew what I was looking for beforehand).The sales person was very good in giving myself and my partner time to look round the car and also supplied us both with hot drinks.The test drive was good.The only down side of it all was the finalisation.there wasn't an awful lot of time left on the day to take time out to go away and think about the deal.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Loughborough because The sales assistant was polite and gave a good deal. The car I chose had a few flaws but was sorted out and the result was fantastic. I had to return the car dew to an fault which appeared on the home trip but the fault was seen to straight away and the result is a very happy customer.
