I would recommend Sandicliffe Hucknall because I was offered a fair price for my car in part exchange (I had had other prices and they did beat "we buy any car" the highest offer before this one), the deal from ford credit was excellent and the sales executive was warm friendly and I did not feel under any pressure to buy. He explained the whole process and timescales well and kept in contact throughout my buying experience.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Hucknall because they had helpful staff when I phoned in to book a service and MOT slot. It had snowed badly a night before the appointment and the site was badly slippery. I could not take the car up to the parking area and the staff were helpful in clearing the path and driving it up to the service area themselves. While I was waiting, I was given tokens to use in the coffee vending machine - different flavours from which I thoroughly enjoyed :). I will definitely use them again.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Hucknall because, they were courteous and friendly and when I rang to change the work that needed doing it was arranged straightway. Also they rang me during the day to keep me informed of progress and to report faults found, so I could decide what extra work was to be done. Altogether a very good garage giving excellent service to the customer.
