I would recommend Alan Day Southgate because the customer servic is excellent. And I believe that the vehicle service is reassonably priced. I also appreciate that they did not try to sell me new wipers to replace my slightly worn ones which do not require immediate replacement.

I would not recommend Alan Day City because they drove my car to do diagnostic overnight then charged me for fuel but gave me the car back completely empty of fuel yet it had and rid not fix the fault as the car is still under warranty They scratched my car and left plastic chair covers and other things in the vehicle so very disappointed by service for a Motability customer I guess we are looked down upon. Regards

I would not recommend Alan Day Hampstead because I have used Alan Day for the last couple of services - the first time was excellent. This time however it was so simple. The booking in process is easy, they called me - painless. The issue started when at 5.30pm I had to start calling the garage to find out where my car was, and was I going to get it back that evening. I live an hour and half away from my office so if I needed an hire car - would have needed some notice. I called 5 or 6 times up until 6pm and was promised that someone would call. I wasn't allowed to hold on for a service adviser, I had to wait for them to call me. All I wanted to know if I was going to get my car back. Finally, after the receptionist left at 6pm I got through, and it was resolved. Earlier communication would have solved this instantly - telling me that nobody could help me and calling me 'my love' every 5 minutes - didn't

I would not recommend Alan Day City because the fog lights were not fixed and i don't have the time to take the car round to the service, so i just left it.
