I would not recommend City SEAT Basingstoke because I asked for the wipers to be changed, they were no done, and now the windscreen has scratches where the worn wiper eventually damaged it. Like most franchise dealers it is all show, and not much else. I intend to use an independent specialist next time.

I would recommend City SEAT Basingstoke because they are very knowledgable about the vehicles and what may be required. They quote for any work that needs doing but never pressure you to have them carry the work out. Very good and speedy service. They turned my car around in a matter of hours even when additional work was required above what was per-scheduled. They even washed my car for me!
