I would recommend Sandicliffe Leicester because initially they probed to understand what I wanted and were helpful on the telephone. They did not try to rip us off but did what was necessary.

I would not recommend Vale Motors because we live 20 miles+ from the dealership and both my wife an I work full time and have a young familly - we are very busy and time is precious; I was dissapointed to be told after the service had been completed that I would need to book another appointment to return the car for recall work to be done. There was plenty of notice that the car was comimg in - couldn't this recall work bedone at the same time?

I would recommend Vale Motors because they are efficient and get on with the job in hand; their prices and charges are very fair and they are friendly and helpful. Also, the type of vehicles in which they specialise are among the best on the road.

I would not recommend Vale Motors because I was told it would take approx 1 and a half hours but it took tow and a half hours. Had to go and ask them about progress although I was sitting a few feet from the desk. Rear windscreen wiper not dispensing water so was not checked. Now have to go a garage again to get it fxed. Had to ask about the condition of my tyres which were becoming dangerous but this was not pointed out. Very expensive.

I would recommend Vale Motors because they seem well organised & get the job done promptly. I do (surprisingly) feel that they miss a trick in letting me know about what other serviecs/products I may be interested in when I am there for a routine service.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Vernon Road because the staff were efficient and friendly, my service and MOT were carried out to a high standard, and the price charged was fair. I was also impressed with the fact that my car was cleaned and valeted after the work.
