I would not recommend Pentagon Manchester because after having the car serviced at the beginning of July I had to wait several weeks and phone on a number of occasions to get work carried out on brakes / shock absorbers that had been highlighted. At the same time as the service, I also highlighted a problem of rust on the car's tailgate - but although I have requested that this is looked at (there is a 7 year warranty plus it has already had a rust area dealt with in the same area), I was unable to get it scheduled when the work was carried out on the brakes etc and have heard nothing since.

I would not recommend Pentagon Manchester because Car was picked up mentioned some things that needed looking at never got done rang up never got a call back car was half washed brakes have just started making a noise I had a Renault from oldham previousley and to compare customer service pentagon get 2 Renault get 9 it seems to me as if everything is rushed through unfortunately I have a service plan for the next 4 years maybe that is why I get 2nd class service will try Barnsley branch next time

I would recommend Pentagon Manchester because they arranged to collect the car from the house and return it within the specified times. I wasn't kept waiting on the phone when booking the service and there were ample slots to choose from when booking the service. Pentagon provided a car wash/clean as part of the package.
