  • Greenhous Telford made my buying experience good because this is the 3rd vehicle we have bought here and every time has been easy, quick and professionally dealt with.   • Greenhous Telford staff were good because, the salesman made the process very relaxed whilst maintaining a structured approach to the process,he was very open and honest and fully explained everything. Whilst some car salesmen can make the experience uncomfortable and pressured, at no point did we feel intimidated, we were able to laugh and joke with the salesman which made the experience quite lighthearted and enjoyable.

  • Initially I thought the car was clean (I was excited) but after day or two noticed it wasn't cleaned very well inside. I can of course do it myself, but everything else was wonderful.
