I'd definitely recommend Lookers Ford Sudbury to friends and family because I found compared to some other garages the vehicles were very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful and said that they are there for me if i have any queries or problems with my car in the future. Great peace of mind.

Lookers Ford Sudbury were great because on the whole it was fine, but I was a little disappointed with the presentation of the vehicle at handover, not polished, water marks, and dent found in the front, although this was repaired. They vehicle should have gone thought the work shop but was found to have number plate light out, and tyre pressure was low, this should have been checked and is a little disappointing when your told you have to pay for the vehicle to be prepped for you, that's not on. This cost was not advertised on the screen. The price on the screen should be the price you negotiate, but when we sat down the price jumped by thousands of pounds for add on's, which I really didn't like!

I'd suggest Lookers Ford Sudbury to a friend because Even though I found the sales girl to be abrupt, and would say goodbye as she was hanging up the phone so that she didnt hear anything that I wanted to say. The past sales person that I have used several times (Ian) was fantastic. Also a sales man called James smoothed over any problems that I was experiencing this time. Therefore I will recommend them again and use them again but making sure that I speak to Ian.

The experience at Lookers Ford Sudbury was good because we were offered an alternative vehicle to the one we originally looked at. This was offered at a lower price to the price displayed which was in our budget. Salesman was great and not pushy at all.
