I would recommend Benfield Honda Stockton because The salesperson was attentive, polite and helpful but not pushy and listened to what we wanted. He did not labour finance as we already had funds to make the pruchase. The price for the exchanged vehicle and the purchase price of the new car seemed fair.

I would not recommend Benfield Honda Stockton because There were to many issues I had to deal with after my purchase which really should have be done through the PDI. The knowledge of the salesman left a lot to be desired, in not knowing the full spec of the vehicle we were showing an interest in buying. We had to go on line to clarify the uncertainties and information given at the dealership to find the vehicle did come with the equipment we required. The plus point is that all our issues were dealt with promptly, and with courtesy, this has made up for the discrepancies we had to experience after our purchase, but the cars fine now...

I would not recommend Benfield Honda Stockton because I did not get what was offered when buying the car, it has been back twice, I have taken the car but not completey satisfied, because the managers other option was for Benfield to take it back, The jobs should of been done to the standard promised, bitterly dissapointed,
