Buying my car at Chapelhouse St Helens was a great experience because Everything went very smoothly. Our salesman Tony was very knowlegeable and answered all our questions. He accompanied us on a a test drive and explained many of the features on the car. The whole experience was very professional. We are very pleased with our new car.

My experience at Chapelhouse St Helens was memorable because I was made to feel relaxed was given all the options open to me I understood everything that my salesperson (wayne) said to me I was made to feel important and was very well looked after throughout. This was my first experience at buying a car from a garage/dealership and also a first on finance n I was not left baffled by any of it and have recommended yourselves to 3 people already (2 family 1 work colleague) and will be back myself when its time to update.

I should have been told there was a dint on the rear of the car which might I add, was fixed without a problem other than me having to go home while it was repaired and return.

Lookers St Helens Vauxhall were helpful and addressed my direct wish to look at a car under a specific sales promotion and not try to sell me anything else. All the staff I encountered from the receptionist to the sales guy who took me out on a test drive, made me a coffee, and the sales guy who took the sale, where very polite, apologised for my wait, and where in no way pushy. It was a good experience.
