The experience at Lookers Speke Vauxhall was fantastic because they were really understanding and patient as am disabled was bought from the car scheme, needed to be automatic to cater to my needs,the service was outstanding couldn't fault it at all. My experience at Lookers Speke Vauxhall could have been better because we were offered a test drive in a car which, when we looked at it on the forecourt had a spare wheel, we had infact been given a different car to test drive so when we bought the car there was no spare wheel; this was a very important consideration in our purchase. The sales person should have been clearer about which car we were test driving. The manager has since sorted this out but we were left feeling disappointed with the experience.

I would not recommend Lookers Speke Vauxhall because was given a sales pitch.the car was not even there.when I drove to to see the car days later it was in the workshop.did not see or drive the car till I bought it.felt pressurized.

I'd definitely recommend Lookers Speke Vauxhall because we had a great deal on the car, the service was excellent and the salesperson went out of his way to get the car ready for pick up within two day of the purchase. The salesperson was friendly, efficient and he went out of his way to help us. I have recommended Lookers in Speke to other people already.
