All work I requested was completed and good, but tyres were not checked with one front tyre only 15lbs and others not up to pressure. The sales executive Peter Leyland was "the best".

I had a great experience at Pentagon Sheffield because we managed to speak to someone online late in the evening before we went to view the car, we were phoned in the morning before we set off and everything was just very organised and straight forward. The saleswoman was very friendly and we were even able to drive the car home the same day! Very happy customers

The staff at Lookers Ford Sheffield were good because we had already looked at the car and then went back approx 2 weeks later when we were in a position to buy the same salesperson MARC NEWTON has looked after us on both occasions and happily explained any questions we were unsure of and also offering a test drive on the vehicle it was a professional approach and both my wife and myself were made to feel that they were trying to get the best deal for us i would certainly recommend to anyone to visit
