The lady who dealt with my purchase was very friendly, polite and listened to what i wanted. There was no pushy sales tactics but honest, good advice on choosing a car that would suit my needs and my budget.   • Buying my car at Pentagon Scunthorpe was a great experience because I was given all the info. I requested. Mike the salesman, treated us with courtesy & respect, he offered us all the extras that were on offer. We declined finance as we prefer to pay cash, & altho' offered we declined the majority of extras. The only dissapointment was the valeting which was patchy, & as we had paid for Safeguard paint/interior protection, we were concerned this was compromised. On the whole pleased with the transaction.
