The salesman is nice and friendly until the sale is made and then somewhat dismissive. I still have not received a handbook - his explanation being that the car will never break down, will never need repairing, so why do I want one? How do I know what the symbols on the dash are? The sales man couldn't tell me as he didn't know. I need a handbook and I'm not paying for one. Although he was brilliant when someone reversed into my car (massive damage) in Perrys car park - so far that - thank you!

I would recommend Perrys Rotherham Kia because the overall customer service has been good I have had a few issues with my vehicle and they have carried out the work that was needed to put the vehicle right. Although I am satisfied with the service I feel that the car could have been prepared a lot better for me to collect. The car was filthy and the inside had not been valeted there was still wrappers from the previous owners.

Buying a car from Perrys Rotherham Vauxhall was good because MARK was very helpful, he explained everything about the vehicle, he explained the finance completely, he got my parking sensors fitted for my pick up date! They work fantastically!! Could not have asked for a better person to buy my car from!!

I'd recommend Perrys Rotherham Vauxhall and in particular Jon in used sales due to his pro-active attitude in finding the car we wanted with the spec we desired when the stock at the time of our inquiry did not include the model we were after. Having sourced the vehicle Shaun and Jon arranged the finance effectively and explained everything clearly. We traveled 150 miles to purchase the vehicle from Rotherham Perrys even though we have a Perrys less than a mile from our house! This was solely down to their positive attitude and making us feel comfortable with our purchase! Well done to Jon, Shaun (Jay Leno) and the team. We'll certainly be back!!

I'd recommend Perrys Rotherham Vauxhall to a friend because yet they haven't been the best service i have received ,(excelent service at pentagon) i am somewhat satisfied with the customer service at perrys i did have a small problem with the car but it was sorted out straight away ,hopefully ill still be as satisfied after i have had the car longer!

Buying a car from Perrys Rotherham Chevrolet was good because Alan the sales person was friendly not pushy like some, you could tell he was experienced in car sales and new how to answer any question without the flannel like most.
