• We were very impressed by the way we were treated. The lady member of staff who dealt with us was not too pushy. We had called into the Toyota salesroom the previous day and there was no comparison with the service we had at Lookers. We would certainly recommend Lookers to friends.

  • One or two problems with paperwork (signatures overlooked) causing extra visits to showroom. Told old car tax disc/form would be posted to me to claim refund but never came. Better training needed.

  • The trade in price I got was £3300, but I later saw my car advertised for £5495! And they quibble about giving me £3500 instead of £3300. I feel a bit annoyed, so, increase trade in prices.

  • Perrys of Preston Mazda were fantastic because it is the closest Mazda agency, so making it easily for future servicing, mot, etc; Also I found Paul McAndrew was excellent handing over the car and explaining how everything worked on the car, and was able to discuss anything I was not sure of on the vehicle, after a week of having the car.

  • My experience at Perrys Kia Direct - Preston was not very good because when I first phoned regarding the car I was told it was on site. After travelling from St Helens taking 90mins due to heavy traffic it was not there.The advert said the car had done 3000 miles when in fact it had done 8000.When asking for a slight reduction in price due to this excess mileage I was told,in effect take it or leave it. I will say however the first salesman eddie was most helpful.

  • My experience at Perrys of Preston Vauxhall was not satisfactory because i visited Perry's for 7 days in a row, after problems with the finance company and whether or not i would get the car handed over the day it had been planned. The finance was not explained to me very well and i feel as though aslong as the sale was made you were happy, rather than making me feel 100% sure. I loved and wanted the car and so got it, however have since returned due to problems with the vehicle, which i thought would have been solved when the vehicle had been serviced, however the service had been done well before it was sold and issues had arisen. I love the car i have bought and to an extent am quite satisfied with the deal i got, however i wouldn't come back to the company and certainly wouldn't recommend them to a friend.
