Lookers Nottingham Honda were helpful because they made the whole process of changing cars a pleasant experience. Every step was explained carefully. As a female I have found garages/car salesmen can be quite patronising but this was not the case at Honda.

I'd recommend Sandicliffe Trent Bridge to anyone because both the manager and staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and did all they could to get us the right deal

The experience at Pentagon Nottingham was fantastic because the sales person, Terry, was extremely professional, helpful, patient and completely understood that we had a specific type of family car in mind (which needed to be on budget) - he successfully found one for us and within a working week we were driving away our new (used) car - brilliant! The lady who did my handover paperwork was very thorough, showed me how to use the controls to the new car and I was even presented with a lovely box of flowers - what more could you want?!!!

Pentagon Nottingham - Chilwell made buying my new car a great experience because the sales rep Lawrence was hilarious. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured into buying. On handover day I was very unhappy at the fact another customer got a bouquet of flowers just because they brought a brand new car, made me feel that spending £7800 on a car wasn't good enough!
