My experience at Greenhous Fleet Shop was memorable because the sales person was not pushy like other garages that I visited. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. He kept in contact with me between the date of purchase and when I collected the car. When I realised that there was a problem with the boot I went back the next day and it was attended to immediately.

Greenhous Fleet Shop were helpful because there was no rush for me to jump into a purchase. Time was given over to discuss my needs in a vehicle. Good professional service given with a smooth transaction, follow up phone call too from the company regarding my purchase. All in all an easy trouble free experience.

I'd endorse Greenhous Fleet Shop but I wasn't told when I went for the car that I would not get the documents for two months. New car but no lifetime warranty can you please write back and explain

Greenhous Fleet Shop were really helpful and I'd recommend them because there cars are well presented and the staff are all very helpful.They even brought the car over from the shrewsbury branch at short notice, to newcastle for us to view it, We actually live in hampshire, We were on a visit to family at the time. We all hear about dodgy car dealers and to stay away from them. Well stay clear of this one. Their trick seems to be to agree a price for part ex and sale of their vehicle. Take a deposit and print a invoice. On date of collection they then go back on the deal and ask for more money from you. I walked away. Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY

Benfield Skoda Newcastle were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff were really friendly and helpful.There was no 'hard sell'. I was asked what I had in mind and given some options. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was left with the impression that they were genuinely interested in giving customer satisfaction.
