I would recommend Benfield Renault Morpeth because they have given me great service over the years. I'm disappointed thatr they are closing the Morpeth dealership because it was very convienient to where I live.

I would not recommend Benfield Renault Morpeth because of several issues I have had,first I was told my car was exdemonstrator only to find out once my registration document's came that it had been privately owned and returned after 5 months.it was also sold to me with a dent on the wheel arch...the guy got it smoothed out but the paint work was still not good.when I picked it up from dealership after having dent smoothed I was told it would have a full tank of fuel and full valet and clean which it did not.

I would recommend Benfield Renault Morpeth because the sales staff were welcoming and eager to please without being over the top. In the course of conversation they weren't afraid to include some humour, which I found quite refreshing. They must be doing something right as this is the sixth VW I have bought from Benfield.

No pressure sales team who gave me correct information on the vehicle and when i went to pick it up paperwork was already done so i just had to sign and drive away with no fuss.Sales staff were very pleasant and made me feel at ease,a big well done all round

I would not recommend Benfield Renault Morpeth because the car was poorly prepared for sale requiring a return to the garage for replacement windscreen, repainting of the bonnet and 2 new tyres. The V5 was also incorrect leading to me having to contact both the D.VLA and VW. UK. It fell short of my expectations of what a quality Volkswagen should be. David was extremely good at sorting the problems out but this should not have been required and certainly affected my perception of Benfield

I would recommend Benfield Renault Morpeth because staff are efficient and friendly and range of vehicles is impressive. Also the aftercare is good , in terms of the sorting out of problems which always occur months down the line (the one year guarantee is tremendous) .
