Dan Edwards was fantastic the whole way through - nothing too much trouble and always went that extra million miles!! Service team fab too and service manager - I'd had my car 3 days and someone stole part of the front grille - it was a big cost to replace and with having 2 weeks left until my baby's due date I couldn't afford it, but my car looked awful! The manager had the part replaced at no cost to me! Amazing stuff.

My experience at Lookers Citroen Liverpool could have been improved because After i had the cara reported issue with it regards to the paint work that i had not noticed on intial inspection becasue the car was buffed (wax) up, only after the initial wash i could see the imperfections. and also had engine managment light come on. both of the issues i had called my sales person Rob West and he said he'll call me bak but never did. (he may have genuinely have forgetten...who knows) The perception recieved is that lookers are only interested in selling you car but once sold they don't want anything to do with you.

The staff at Lookers Citroen Liverpool were good because they were very efficient and mad sure I was completely satisfied with my deal. They have contacted me since the sae to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. After sales is excellent. Their service plan is first class too.
