The experience at Sandicliffe Leicester (Welford Rd) was good because Simon Scofield (the sales person) was very knowledgeable about the car and very helpful and approachable without the usual sales "pushiness" and "attitude" i have come across at other showrooms. This is key for me. He even suggested my mum spoke to one of his colleagues in the service department about an ongoing problem with her Ford Mondeo which other garages haven't been able to fix. He too was very helpful. Many thanks!

The staff at Sandicliffe Leicester (Welford Rd) were good because they knew their products very well and gave lay terms when explaining their products to enable good clear advice to the client. They were always eager to attend and offer you a drink if you were waiting in the show room etc. They were quick to respond to your questions and always appeared to be very genuine in their reponses. They always got back to you by telephone when they had promised too. No over the top sales talk given to me when I was looking for a car. Very satisfied with the staff who sold me my Mazda2.
