My experience with Buckinghams has not been a good one. I purchased a low price Audi A4, accepting the poor exterior and interior condition, but expecting it to be mechanically sound as this is an 'Audi specialist' dealership. The car has proven to be a wreck with multiple serious engine problems. The dealership is not interested in properly fixing the problem, and just keep bodging a repair with minimum expense to get rid of the engine light. After the first fault, Bill offered me a full refund if I was not happy. He has since refused to give me one and after weeks of being ignored I am now considering legal action against the company. I do not expect to buy a car from a dealership and end up broken down 5 times within 2 months. This is just my experience but I recommend avoiding the place at all costs.
