I would recommend Lookers Ford Witham to friends and family because, apart from the fact that the car was a very good price; Matt was an excellent salesperson and had a very good sense of humour (life's too short after all) - if he had been pushy we would probably have looked around more as it is one of my "pet hates".

I have never bought a car from a big dealership before,always bought private or from an independent garage,so with intrepidation I entered Lookers Ford at Witham.I was met by a friendly but not a pushy salesman called Rhys Copping,he seemed to know exactly what I was looking for in a car.He advised me of all the warranties available but I have never been a warranty type of guy so the issue of warranties was dropped.We test drove a car through Witham and down the A12 just to see how the car performed,very well indeed!We couldn`t agree on the price but after a couple of days Rhys phoned and the car was mine.The press give quite a bad image of car salesman,rightly so in some cases,but my man Rhys does not fall in to this catergory!He did a fantastic job and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I was happy with the service at Lookers Ford Witham because I had only intended to look at a few vehicles and was not intending to purchase on that day. Lisa the salesperson was very attentive and friendly and made sure that we felt welcome to browse but was there for any questions. She took us out on two test drives in a Fiesta and Focus and I chose the Focus. Excellent explanation of paperwork and a pleasure to do business with. Very smooth handover. Lisa telephoned me a few days later to see if I was still happy with my purchase. I liked her professionalism and am highly delighted with the car.

My experience at Lookers Ford Witham could have been better because of the trouble i had with paying for my car and the fact they wanted the money in that month, i expect due to sales figures. i felt pressured to pay in advance.
