I would not recommend Lookers Ellesmere Port Vauxhall because the car was supposed to have a full network Q check . The air conditioning does not work and I have been back once and still do not have it working , also the spare wheel carrier was stolen and not replaced .

Lookers Ellesmere Port Vauxhall were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff are all extremely friendly especially Simon Peers & Kevin Scott, but the whole team always stop and have time for you, you always feel valued and special.

My experience at Lookers Ellesmere Port Vauxhall was memorable because the salesperson was very helpful. I do not live near the site and had to travel. I had to change my working shift to get to the site during opening hours. When it came to me taking delivery of the vehicle the salesperson drove it to my house and delivered it for me rather than changing my working shift a second time.. I was not expecting that. The only small negative comment is I do not have written details of the Network q warranty or what is included in the service plan. I have the information of how much the service plan is but thats all. Wonderful experience. Spot on service. Thank you Dave Suckley.

I would say that there is a good selection of used cars to choose from as well as new maybe I was just a little unlucky with the way the car was valeted but would send a friend there to look.
