Found very poor communication between staff members, many phone calls not returned! Jim by far the most helpful. Numerous butter marks in laquer when in sunlight - revallet declined as enough damage already done.

Lookers Volkswagen Darlington staff were good because they were helpful without being too 'pushy'. Their stock of vehicles is good and keenly priced - I'm satisfied with the deal I got and I'm very happy with the car itself - quality all round from VW!
