My experience at Perrys of Colne Vauxhall was positive because they were able to deliver the car to me in Surrey. The only thing that let things down was the noisy engine which has not been resolved. It maybe the fan belt or timing belt but I'm disappointed that this was not mentioned in the purchase because the noise is so evident.

My experience at Perrys of Colne Vauxhall was not satisfactory because It took me nearly 3 months and several telephone calls to obtain the car manual that was missing. Whilst in the process of buying the BMW 1 series I asked about the previous owner and was told there had been one previous owner but the car salesman wasn't sure who it was. I was very disappointed to find out when the log book arrived that it was AVIS and had I known this whilst in the process of purchasing the car I probably wouldn't have bought it. Fortunately the car has been great but I have been left the feeling that Perry's should have been more honest when asked the question about previous owner. I have also been very disappointed to find the standard first aid kit and wArning triangle are also missing from their compartments. Would be reluctant to buy from Perry's again and would inform any friends of thinking of buying from Perry's of our experience.

I would not recommend Perrys of Colne Vauxhall because I am still waiting for the the promised service book more than 2 mounths after I got the car.Despite many phone calls and promises from the sales people. It is also the first time I have ever had to contribute £60.00 towards a new tyre before I even took delivery of the car. I wont be back.
